A critically important means to create peace of mind for clients with solid estate plans is the process of fact-finding. Attorneys cannot really get started on drafting what a person needs until we know first exactly what is needed, what the client wants, and why. Realistically, we cannot engage in a meaningful discussion with a client without answers to these and related questions ...
