Cell phone records may be admitted in Court to establish income and outgoing calls, including the numbers of persons to
whom the call was made. However, text messages - tho intrinsic to the phone - require separate authentication via numerous
elements, unless the respondent admits or does not deny its truthfulness. See the February 2011 Domestic Help, published by
